Dubai Chambers unveils DC Connect platform to simplify business services for 292,000 members

DUBAI – Dubai Chambers has launched DC Connect, a new digital platform that unifies all chamber services within a single, user-friendly portal for businesses.
The system is designed to simplify access, reduce processing time and enhance the overall member experience. Officials say the move supports Dubai’s wider push towards smart transformation and service efficiency.
The platform serves more than 292,000 companies registered as active members of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, offering them a consolidated gateway to essential business services through an integrated and data-enabled interface.
DC Connect
DC Connect brings together a wide range of services previously accessed through separate channels. These include membership services, information services, ATA carnets, mediation support, document attestation, certificates of origin, and services linked to Business Groups and Business Councils.
By combining these functions into one digital environment, Dubai Chambers aims to streamline service delivery and strengthen the competitiveness of the private sector operating in Dubai’s business ecosystem.
Smart features
According to Dubai Chambers, the platform is built around advanced digital technologies that enable faster processing and a smoother customer journey. Users are provided with interactive dashboards that display detailed analytics and statistics to support business decisions.
The portal also delivers instant notifications on transactions and requests, allowing companies to track progress in real time. A dynamic homepage highlights updates, announcements and upcoming events to improve engagement with members.
Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the launch represents a key milestone in the organisation’s smart transformation programme.
